Dr. Pillai has been with LIMA since 2001. She is known for being a good listener and for her easy smile. Dr. Pillai is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and serves on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Medical Group. She also serves on the Credentialing Committee and Ancillary Committee of the Loudoun Medical Group. When she is not working with the LIMA team at their offices in Lansdowne or Purcellville, Dr. Pillai is at home with her husband and their two dogs.
